Chartered Engineer with 30 years’ experience in the Construction Industry as a Consulting Structural Engineer, Project Manager and Dispute Consultant. Appointed as Structural Engineering Expert in high profile arbitrations in the Gulf Region, Australia, South East Asia and also disputes in Greece and the UK.Experienced in structural design (and managing multi disciplinary design teams) for new developments, refurbishments and historic restorations of schools, residential accommodation, hospitals, hotels and commercial buildings. Acted as contract administrator and Expert advisor in the resolution of insurance claims with loss adjusters and assessors. Also appointed as a member of a Dispute Resolution Board. Completed the CPE law qualification whilst gaining a major scholarship (The Harmsworth prize) from Middle Temple Inn of Court and completed a mini pupillage at Atkin Chambers.
