He has a proven track record of assisting clients with the entire capital stack for a deal, including equity, preferred equity, mezzanine debt, bridge debt, and permanent first mortgages.Joe joined the Los Angeles office of NorthMarq in 2014 and was honored as the “Rookie of the Year” nationally for NorthMarq in 2015. He has since been promoted to Senior Vice President due to his continued success and great client service. Joe is also a member of the company’s national Producer’s Council. Joe believes in building long standing mutually beneficial relationships with both clients and capital sources in order to be the best capital solutions provider for his clients over the long term. He likes doing deals and having fun along the way.Joe is a graduate of the NAIOP Young Professionals Group and an active member of NAIOP Southern California. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a minor in Business.Joe resides in Newport Beach with his wife and their two children.
