COMPANY PROFILETaflan Flour Mill is a wheat flour factory that was established in 1991 at Cami Mah.Ataturk Bulvari No.121 Atakum in Samsun/Turkey.The mill produces 600MT/Day wheat flour .The factory has 22.000 Wheat grain silos capacity ,3010MT of flour storage Capacity and covers 5,788m² and its closed with a total area of 17831m² .Since Taflanun’s active participation in Internation market, the mill has exhibited its products at several International Trade fairs;Wofex/Phillipıne,Gulfood/Dubaı,Sowtex/SouthAfrica,Filda/Angola.With our international accreditation from ISO-EN-HALAL,Taflan has become one of the fastest growing exporters of Wheat flour for bakeries from Black sea region of Turkey,with the following brands under our factory;Taflan Flour,Gold Flour,Gorkem Flour ,Taflan Extra for Africa and Maharet Arabic Flour.With these brands we have successfully made exports to;Africa(Madagascar,Angola,Djibouti,Benin,Ghana,Liberia,GuineaConakry,Kenya,Egypt,South Africa, Sierra Leone and Libya) Middle East (Yemen,Palestine,Isreal,Lebanon,Jordan,Saudi Arabia,U.A.E ,Georgia)to Asia(South Korea) American continent (Canada,Cuba,Trinidad Tobago)Europe(Norwich).Our mill uses high quality NON-GMO wheat grains from both our local farmers and international suppliers to mill wheat flour for our customers.Depending on the needs of the buyers we produce high wheat flour suitable for Bread,Cakes.Biscuits ,French Banguet bread,Biscuits,Bagels,Hearth Bread,Thin Crust Pizzas,Buns,Bagels ,Variety Breads among others bakery products.Our standard Wheat flour specifications are in the following ranges;Protein=Min10,Moisture = Max 14.0%
