A test manager and I made an arrangement of test process and reporting. Materials, which I provided, were used for training new testers. Analysts and I developed rules for writing requirements. there as also a dramatic descrease in reports about critical bugs by tech support.

I created and implemented a system of checklists in Microsoft OneNote and mapped them with requirements in RequsitePro. I developed automated tests, ran them on a weekly basis, and reduced the time for updating tests from 5-6 hours to 1 hour.I further mastered how to create checklists and test cases, how to develop automated tests and write weekly test reports. I found out how to test requirements and how to create a traceability matrix from requirements to tests.

I adapted to the new role within 2 months. I read a lot of professional articles in Russian and English. I learned how to write good bug reports, create and follow checklists, write comprehensible test cases and test reports.
