Whether you are new to yoga and simply exploring what is possible; looking for a breakthrough in our Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200®) 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training; looking to break a sweat in our hot yoga classes; get deeper into Ashtanga Yoga in our Mysore Room; or something more restorative in yin yoga, we have something for everyone.Our spacious and serene sanctuary in Rockville/North Bethesda is home to an active, engaged, diverse, and vibrant community. We believe in fostering a positive and nurturing environment that challenges individuals to extend themselves through mind, body and soul.extendYoga's guiding principles are social responsibility, a commitment to giving back, and caring for the environment. We frequently offer cause-related classes, events, participate in worthy charities and organizations, and strive to make yoga accessible by offering consciously affordable classes. All classes on Fridays are $5! This is our way to make yoga inclusive, give back to our community, and to say “thank you” and “welcome” to our yoga studio.Our yoga studio is conveniently located in North Bethesda between the White Flint and Twinbrook Metro stations and readily accessible from Bethesda, Rockville and Silver Spring. Just off of Randolph Road (northbound) and Twinbrook Parkway (southbound), we have ample, free parking.
