My role encompasses strategic communication, Partners' relations, and public outreach to ensure a comprehensive and impactful experience for all attendees.Key Responsibilities:-Strategic Communication: Developed and executed PR strategies to promote AppX’s mission of educating the public on advancements in technology, with themes ranging from neuroscience to Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality.-Media Relations: Cultivated and maintained relationships with media outlets to secure coverage and enhance the visibility of AppX.-Event Promotion: Lead promotional campaigns to highlight the unique aspects of AppX’22, the first of its kind in Egypt, focusing on the metaverse, VR, AR, and game design workshops.-Stakeholder Engagement: Engaged with Sponsors, partners, and IEEE Egypt branches to maximize exposure and collaborative opportunities. Facilitate Partnerships to support the event's success.-Workshop and Exhibition Coordination: Coordinated hands-on workshops where participants build VR games using game engines and AR models. Manage exhibition areas showcasing VR projects across various fields, equipped with VR equipment for immersive experiences.-Speakers' Engagement: Secured 10 prominent speakers, including public figures, CEOs, experts, and influencers delivering demonstrative talks and engaging with the audience.Achievements:-Successfully positioned AppX’22 as a groundbreaking event in Egypt, introducing the metaverse concept and its implications through engaging and interactive formats.-Increased public engagement and participation through effective communication strategies and media outreach.-Secured 10 high-profile speakers, enhancing the event's credibility and appeal to a broader audience.
