Client: LEADConsultant: EHAF Main Contractor: China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East LLC (CSCEC)Responsibilities ▪ Conduct Internal Safety Inspection For all villas in every Stage of Construction to Ensure the Plots are safe to work before going to the next stage of work ▪ Conducting Safety Training & Assessments for all workers to make more awareness about site safety & Hazards ▪ Ensure that the subcontractors operate in a safe manner and comply with the project safety plan. ▪ Conduct safety auditing & Inspection and advise the management of any deficiency in the system. ▪ Conducting Weekly Safety meetings with all workers and supervision staff ▪ Ensure a high standard of housekeeping at all times. ▪ Regularly monitoring wind speed and weather conditions to confirm the safe work ▪ Ensure that all workers are using proper PPE. ▪ Ensure that all the Equipment, Tools, Plants, etc. have valid certification and make sure that is fit for the work. ▪ Report any injuries resulting from work activities. ▪ Conduct safety inspection at the project and advise the supervision staff and labors for the rectification of any non- compliances. Report to the site management if any management action is required for the deficiencies noted. ▪ Ensure the use of protective clothing and safety equipment provided. ▪ Ensure that the subcontractors operate in a safe manner and comply with the project safety plan. ▪ Compile and record safety statistics ▪ Ensure risk assessments have been carried out for work activities.
