Responsible for identifying business opportunities through market analysis, promoting Huawei’s solutions in Kuwait market, developing technical proposals and solution designs that meet Mobile Operators demands, and assuring revenue growth. Focusing on Mobile Broadband, Core Networks, ICT transformation, VAS, and B2B services.Major projects and solutions worked on includes Cloud Core Network (EPC, IMS), Network Function Virtualization (NFV), Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC), IoT (including Smart Home and Smart Parking), Cloud PBX, and VoWiFi.

Responsible for core network planning, dimensioning, design and optimization especially for Packet Core and data network, in addition to major technical Projects Management.

Monitor the network and VAS performance/QoS, detect degradation/issues and come up with technical recommendations.Quality assurance of end-to-end user experience for PS services and VAS using network measurements, CDR analysis and probe-based tools.Counters and statistics database configuration, measurement jobs scheduling for core network elements through Ericsson OSS and Business Objects.

Supervised the design, planning & optimization of a multi-vendor PS core network. Managed an engineering team who was responsible for GPRS/Frame-Relay/ATM networks in addition to MPBN carrying voice traffic and SIGTRAN with applied DeffServ and Traffic Engineering.Prepared yearly plans and budgets for core network. Coordinated for new nodes installation and integration. Followed up the yearly projects’ execution and operation.

Responsible for BSC and TRAU nodes design, dimensioning & planning from Siemens, Ericsson, and Huawei. Dimensioned GPRS/EDGE radio network resources and optimized its parameters.
