-Worked on position elimination project and created strategy for single largest employee exit in company history-Managed all aspects of the Executive Talent Assessment by working with leadership and ensuring all deliverables and timelines were met.-Project Manager for Canadian HR department transformation project. Guided change management by generating timelines, action items, and overseeing project execution throughout a successful implementation.

-Assisted Medicare eligible retirees selecting appropriate health plans. -Appointed lead man to work escalations for client managers representing Notre Dame, First Energy, State Farm, Deutsche Bank, and United Parcel Service.-Established relationships with carriers by understanding the personnel to contact in order to efficiently resolve issues.

-Developed a creative sourcing strategy by identifying networking activities such as career fairs, professional association meetings, creating relationships with technical schools, and out-placement services.-Experience in the full life cycle of recruiting, including screening candidates by conducting skills testing, office interviews, background investigations and negotiating salary terms with potential candidates.-Built relationships with client managers through different activities including on-site and lunch meetings and worked directly with hiring managers to determine scope of opening in that department.
