Dr. Eyal Diskin focuses his practice on cross-border transactions and high-tech practice. Eyal has substantial experience in international transactions representing acquirers and investors as well as sellers and issuers. He has counseled clients on structuring and carrying out a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, and public offerings of securities. Eyal advises companies through all stages of development on their corporate, securities and general commercial needs and regularly counsels clients on commercial and technology transactions, such as joint ventures, licensing, commercialization and distribution agreements.Prior to joining GKH, Eyal was an associate in the Business Law Department at Goodwin Procter in Boston, Massachusetts.Eyal’s dissertation at Harvard Law School explored theoretical and legal aspects of contract law.Eyal is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Tel-Aviv University Faculty of Law and at the Executive MBA program at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.Eyal is licensed to practice law in Israel, New York and Massachusetts.
