Expertise in the back end wet etch area .Specific responsibilities Includes keeping and monitoring safe Work, identifying and solving technical problems of high complexity, Implementing specialized process and equipment changes and upgrades, data-pulling and analysis. Developing, performing and managing corrective maintenance. Sharing knowledge and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians. Managing vendors/suppliers/technicians for projects and upgrades to achieve factory goals for safety, quality, and product output

Developing new materials and methods for the Flat Panel Display industry. Work includes working with FPD related specialists to develop new method and materials for manufacturing FPD. Responsible for facilitating documentation and implementation of a newly products requirements. Duties include preparing and monitoring new products.
