On January 1, 2023, I was promoted to Tech Lead, overseeing the 3-person R&D team at Smartbull. In this leadership role, I am responsible for guiding the team through complex technical challenges, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and maintaining high-quality code standards. I work closely with my team to align our development efforts with company objectives and mentor team members to foster their professional growth. My role involves strategic planning, project management, and technical oversight to drive innovation and excellence in our development processes, while remaining hands-on with coding and development tasks to this day.

I joined Smartbull in 2020 as a Junior Fullstack Web Developer. In this role, I gained hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, working with a range of technologies to build and maintain web applications. I collaborated closely with the development team to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. My responsibilities included writing clean, efficient code, participating in code reviews, and continuously improving my technical skills.
