About Eyal Mindlin

Over 13 years of international defense industry experience in Military Communication products and services.  Gained vast experience as business development, marketing and program manager.During the last 4 years, I focused my efforts in generating comprehensive sales activities in multiple countries of Latin America and handling opportunities from inception to contract closure.  The tasks required decisive self-initiative and creativity to promote communication & C4I solutions with an easy to understand marketing narrative in a very complex business environment.  The tasks also required traveling frequently to South America, working closely with agents/representatives to formulate the GO-MARKET strategy, meeting customers and establishing relationships with high ranked officers, both technical and business and to engage all parties in the process.  In addition, this type of work required to participate in seminars, technical workshop, field trials, exhibitions, etc.Throughout the years and in this particular field, I continued to develop strong understanding of marketing process, marketing channels, acquisition process, procedures and regulations, tender processes RFI/RFP, etc. In addition, I gained vast experience in writing  commercial and technical proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contracts.As program manager, I gained vast experience in directing all phases of programs to ensure overall project success from inception through completion.  In this position I led program review sessions with customers, organized and coordinated customer visits (Factory Acceptance test, project review etc.), participation in appropriate symposiums and trade shows and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identified program problems and propose solutions, such as allocating resources or changing contractual specifications.  The whole purpose was meeting program objectives including cost, schedule & technical performance while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project.  All these objectives were achieved by learning to cope with many uncertainties, bridge program/contract gaps, motivate employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
