My practice includes labor law litigation, meditation processes, drafting of diverse collective and individual employment agreements, providing opinions and providing ongoing legal counsel, including with respect to recruitment, terms of employment, and employment termination.Included in my practice, is advice to the firm’s clients with respect to labor and employment aspects of cross-border and local M&A transactions and investment transactions, including due diligence processes.In 2022 I have been recognized as a Rising Star in the field of employment law, in the Legal 500 International legal ranking.
