As the CFO, I'm responsible for managing the financial and economic division, IT department, and the procurement and projects department. During regular work settings I attend to numerous processes of the company, including:- Managing the group's activity with the Balance Sheet Committee, Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.- Managing the group's securities portfolio of about NIS1B with the Investment Committee.- Managing the accounting reporting system, cash flow and budget of the Group.- Setting up and leading a professional and functional Finance Unit of 20 employees and establishing planning and control processes.- Management of aspects of taxation and insurance cover.

As the CFO, I played a key role in the negotiation and finalization of the sales process of the company. Apart from doing so, I was also responsible for:- The operational system.- Managing the processes leading to successful raising of capital. - Working with the Board of Directors, accountants, assessors and the company's legal consuls. - Managing cash flow and company budget under extreme conditions of uncertainty. - Founding the system of employee stock options - ESOP.- Member of management, active partner in deciding on business strategy.
