As Director of Lab Operation at Savicell Diagnostics I am responsible for execution of our MA-Test, as well as working with equipment and disposable materials providers, preparation of reagents, implementing working procedures and periodic inspection of the equipment.Along with my major role I am responsible for the BI section of Savicell.As the Blood Bank lab supervisor I am responsible of writing new and updating the SOPs, as well as instructing the laborants in the new SOPs. I am also familiar with the lab technician work. Through my academic life I investigated several fields of cancer development under hypoxia, diabetes and hypercholesterolimia as well as development of immune system, especially the Th2 lineage.I have practiced variety of of techniques such as: Molecular biology – RT-/real-time-PCR, site-directed mutagenesis, protein expression, DNA cloning, Chromatin IP, polysomal fractionation, FACS; Cell culture – mammalian, bacteria, viral; Miscellaneous – fluorescent and confocal microscopy; Animal model – rodents including microsurgery.During my work at Teva I became responsible for production line. I worked along GMP and FDA regulations.
