Developing the data pipelines of an in vitro diagnostics (IVD) platform, forming a panel of tests and analyses for multiple patients in parallel, and enabling to perform large-scale, low-cost serological testing of COVID-19 and other diseases as needed.

• Contribute to the company’s projects through the development of computational pipeline for functional genomics, RNA secondary structure prediction, transcriptomes analysis, comprehensive knowledge of bioinformatics tools, and variety of data re-sources worldwide.• Collaborating with clinical development teams to find opportunities to identify new novel therapeutic targets through analyses of genomics data.• Responsible for Quark’s software development: package of more than 20 web applications to cover entire company pipeline.• Present company's bioinformatics solutions to potential partners, produce detailed business development analysis, pre-sale and sale activities.

• Applying AI/ML for building and modeling the core algorithm of the company: generation and designing the molecules that become the main drugs of the company. Including collecting data and features from papers, cleaning, PCA, training, testing, cross validating, and implementing the model results. • Performing tasks such as classification, clustering, prediction, generation, relationship discovery, and causal inference.• Developing tools for statistical prediction models of qPCR. (Numeric Analysis)• Analyzing RNA-seq and micro arrays data in order to identify new novel therapeutic targets.

• Technology leader of five members team which together developed software package for analysis and assembly of the human, mouse & rat genomes.• Presented our projects in academic conferences worldwide and to commercial clients in Japan.

• Developed web applications package for Protein, RNA, DNA & Genomic sequence alignments.• Collaborated with Ben Gurion University to develop meta server software to analyze protein structures.
