Scheduling of ancillary service (PFC & SFC) requirements.[Trading and Asset Optimization] Preparation of short term and long term asset optimization for company budget (by using PSR solutions). Realize ad-hoc analysis for events on HEPPs (maintenance, test, breakdown, etc.). Setting up of Day Ahead Market bidding strategy.[Inflow forecast and Hydroelectrical Power Plant Operation] Site selection and installation of meteorological stations. Preparation of GIS based hydrological model infrastructure (Seyhan, Ceyhan, Çoruh & Euphrates Basins -transboundary water-), evaluation of model inputs and data pre-processing, model application (calibration and validation of hydrological modelling by SMHI software tool HBV), model performance assessment, inflow forecasting with numerical weather prediction data, cascade reservoir operation and scheduling of hydroelectrical power plant generation capacity by using short term optimization model with maximum revenue function. Estimation of seasonal water potential over the most dominant basins in Turkey according to variation of snow covered area.

Integration of earth observation system (satellite derived products) and hydrological modelling, preparation of GIS based hydrological model infrastructure, evaluation of model inputs and data pre-processing, model application (calibration and validation of hydrological modelling), model performance assessment, streamflow forcasting with numerical weather prediction data.
