Supervise and mange a team of 8 salespeople, providing support, motivation, and targets. Mange a territory of over 1200 independent accounts in the greater Seattle area. In this role, adapting is key to success I have had to pick up new skills such as cold calling, data analysis, and problem solving. Studying market trends in my role is another key to success because this will help you identify leads and products customers are interested in. After a sales pitch I would propose an after sales pricing on new established products on what competitive pricing we should target. I currently cold call accounts in the Seattle Area.

At Anheuser-Busch Bay Area, I am responsible for increasing sales volume and distribution for AB's portfolio (Beer & Non-Alcoholic). I primarily work with our customers for company specific objectives that include brand development and maintaining the integrity of our brands. I mange multiple counties through the process of planning and organization, I was able to sell multiple resets in which we were able to secure more SKU's for our company and acquire more competitors spacing. I participate in forecasting to insure we have adequate inventory, if we are low I communicate with my DSM or other coordinators about increasing our supply. I have established displays, promotional events, and product signage to produce proper presentation of our brands to the consumer for increased volume sales through. Lastly, I'm a OJT (On the Job Trainer) and host technical training for our sales representative on VIP Sales, M360, and BEES. This where I show tips and tricks to make our sales team more effective. As a result of my accomplishment I have sent multiple accounts to become weekly serviced, sold in dozens of resets in which we were able to place more than several new SKU's overall and grow volume in those stores by double digits or better. With the support of my sales and reset team I was able to achieve my sales target and grow out AB portfolio for the year 2021.
