I manage a team of 30 individual contributors who are responsible for implementing Phreesia’s suite of products and then transitioning these clients to an account management model. My team’s clients range in account value from small to enterprise. (Epic, Meditech, Cerner). I am the manager sponsor of the client relationship and direct product & revenue expansion strategy.I contribute to the net new sales process as a subject matter expert for our suite of products and API/HL7 integrations. I am responsible for pricing of any existing revenue expansion within my book of business. I have focused recently on leveling up our partner off-shore resoruces to help streamline technical implementation resources. I am respected by my peers for my ability to coach/develop talent and identify knowledge/process gaps and work cross functionally to close these.
