Main responsibilities:Marketing and PR- Control of all key Marketing activities in the Group of companies (TV, Digital, Outdoor etc.);- Development and launch of new Brands and products (FMCG);- Development of online-sales (websites development, promotion etc.);- PR activities;- National and International exhibitions, organization of large events etc.Business development- Market analytics;- M&A;- Due Diligence of Assets (Ukraine & EU);- Investment Projects;- Negotiations with key Partners (Ukraine, EU & Asia);Procurements- Control over all major Procurements of the Group;- Participation in national and international tenders as a Supplier.Grant funding attraction- Monitoring of the available grant programs;- Applying for grants (state and international);- Support of business during the implementation of the grant program.Key Achievements- Launch of new Brands in the FMCG segment;- Successful M&A transactions;- Large Marketing campaigns;- Reorganization of all procurement procedures in the Group;- Development of a new websites ecosystem for all companies of the Group.- Attracting of grant funding for businesses of the Group in the amount of hundreds of thousands USD in total.
