This includes developing and managing initiatives that promote fan involvement, cultivate a sense of community, and drive revenue growth.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive fan engagement strategy that aligns with the club's overall objectives and values.Establish and maintain strong relationships with fan groups, supporters' organizations, and individual fans.Conduct regular research and analysis to understand fan sentiment, preferences, and expectations.Develop and manage a variety of fan engagement initiatives, including social media campaigns, events, promotions, and community outreach programs.Oversee the development and implementation of the club's digital fan engagement strategy, including website, mobile app, and social media channels.Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of fan engagement initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.Represent the club at fan events, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.Manage a team of fan engagement professionals and provide mentorship and guidance.Creating and establishing from scratch the club’s podcast(s) and ensuring it reaches the correct and agreed upon target segment(s)Guaranteeing nationwide on ground expansion of the academy project with quarterly revenue targets.Developing and implementing the club’s fan membership model from scratch. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fan engagement.
