On September 17, 2019, I started working at IKEA as a part-time team member. From that date until September 17, 2022, I worked as a Customer Service consultant. Then, starting from September 2022, I am working as a "Part-Time Sales Team Member" in the showroom department, especially in the "Dining Rooms and Kitchens" department. As of February 2024, I have been included in the Young future development program. I believe that renewal and development are essential, and I highly value the feedback and evaluation processes on this issue. The trainings I have received and the cooperation I have made with many managers have made significant contributions to my personal development. I believe that my perspective and vision are improving every year based on the IKEA culture and values.
