As a changemaker selected to represent Germany in the 'Changemakers for the Planet Europe' program, I am part of a global community of 1000 leaders from 130 countries addressing critical issues like the climate crisis. The program provides me with invaluable support to amplify my impact, including in-person summits, funding for collaborative projects, and life-long access to the ChangemakerXchange network.

AGORA is our social network and open innovation platform for pan-European manufacturingcommunity, available on the web and app.• Its aim is to bring the industry together online for pan-European collaboration across regional andsectoral lines.• The community keeps growing - 2900+ members from 1,400+ organisations in 36 Europeancountries, with over 1,000 new members in the last year.We want to build trust among community members to foster relevant connections and deeperconversations than in broader social media

Veg-us is an initiative that aims to create vegan leather out of apple juice waste. As the project's co-founder and CEO, I acquired my first CEO experience. I handled the lack of funds and managed all manufacturing processes. Also, I learned the how can difference between work and friendship, as well as how to lead a team effectively. This initiative, however, failed owing to a lack of funding, a scalability issue, and a conflict of vision among co-founders.

I worked as an order taker but I was also helping my colleagues mini-club. We were responsible for the children between the ages of 5 -12. I arranged the work hour for my colleagues. If customers need to help, I cared about this. I was selected as 'Staff of the Month' by the administrative department in July.
