I graduated from Psychological Counseling and Guidance department at Ege University and currently pursuing an MS degree in the same department at Hacettepe University. During my training, I conducted online and face-to-face individual counseling and primarily worked with depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, PTSD, and ADHD.Besides given disorders and developmental problems, I worked with individuals on preventing and regulating stress and other daily difficulties. Throughout my education, I created and implemented psychoeducational programs and seminars for people from various age groups. Being a postgraduate paved the way better for me to conduct personal assessment tools and scientific research.In practice, I utilized career counseling, individual counseling, group counseling, and psychoeducation and merged those areas with the theoretical frame of qualified human communication.I had one year experience in my career as a IT Recruiter who is informed about the zeitgeist, enhancing my knowledge around technology and AI. I have expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top-notch Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other key IT roles.
