Lead a residential scheme comprising of 100 apartments through the initial stages of the plan of work and organised pre-application meetings; discussions with Planning OfficersGeneral ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design development of residential and commercial buildings (BIM Level 2): - Revit modelling / modelling of families, scheduling, data drops.- Review and ensure the quality of design in terms of efficiency of the solutions provided and in compliance with employer's requirements.- Review and ensure the quality of 2d drawings in terms of presentation (graphics) and accuracy, consistency and completeness/thoroughness of information.- Review and ensure the quality of Revit models in terms of accuracy, consistency and compliance with the BIM standards.- Review Fire life safety drawings (NFPA standards).- Coordination with the main contractor, branding architecture consultant, structural and mechanical engineerBIM Responsibilities - BIM strategy: • Development of - BIM-software training strategy.- BIM strategy across multiple projects.- BIM execution plans and supporting documentation (ISO 19650).- high-level modelling strategy and interoperability/computational workflows.BIM implementation, Schematic Design:- BIM standards (ISO 19650).Compliance with BIM standards and BEP.- Negotiating / clarifying BIM scope and deliverables.Delivery of high-level BIM-software training.- Establishment of workflows and processes.- Modelling strategy / complex parametric modelling / modelling and documentation automation.- Optimization of design/delivery workflows.
