Served as Sales Leader and Store Manager on Duty with opening and closing responsibilities and was directly responsible for any Geek Squad in store and on site services at Best Buy, Canton. My team helped pioneer several new service offerings for the Geek Squad / Best Buy integration, some of which are still in use today at stores across the country. Converted Best Buy customers to Geek Squad lovers, one interaction at a time.

Us

Installed and trained customers on wireless networks, new computer systems and peripherals, and repaired viruses and spyware, wired and wireless network problems and OS issues on existing equipment. Wore a clip-on tie and drove the Geek Squad VW Beetle, too.

Worked with 2 other techs to manage more than 350 computers in 4 schools across the District, handling issues ranging from Novell network problems to end user computer troubleshooting. My crowning achievement was fixing 6 dead PC's in a kindergarten classroom just by plugging in the power strip!
