Additionally, I spearheaded the professionalization of the finance department and led the restructuring of the SPVs to ensure compliance with the REIT regime and new reporting requirements.During my extensive tenure at PwC, spanning over 17 years, I played a crucial role in various capacities. I specialized in construction & development companies, real estate enterprises and funds and financial services, gaining invaluable experience in regulatory compliance and financial systems auditing.
