I’m leading and managing companies since 2016. Over the last years I evolved and pushed the web agency 'blackHound Agency' and the 3D- and Game developer Studio 'blackHound Studios' which is rebranded to 'Soulven Games' since 01/2023. In this period, I tackled all challenges that you might have in mind. Starting from work for hire for big companies and clients such as IKEA, RaySono, AVIV, Immowelt in Product Ownership but also taking the time to work on financial, office, networking & employee management to pull up the company and awareness simultaneously. With my IT background and the will to learn, I mastered in the last 7 years a lot of challenges and learned a lot. After 8 years now I can say that I worked nearly with all work wises, techniques, tools and platforms for project management and product ownership and know deeply how to manage a project but also a company in Germany.
