Passion Pictures is an award-winning, independent production company specialising in animation with studios in London, New York, Paris, and Melbourne.I was the Lead Project Manager for Unilever’s Paddle Pop Global Campaign. I led a multidisciplinary team, with the agency located in Spain, our client in London, and our Animators in Amsterdam and New Zealand. This involved coordinating schedules across multiple time zones and establishing strong communication channels whilst managing a team of 3D Animators from development, grey-scale modelling, final animation, and colour grade and mastering stages.
