Responsible of the Travel & Expense and P-Card processes ensuring its quality, timeliness and effectiveness - MY/ID/SG/AU/NZ.• Preparing and compiling KPI volumes, GRIR data & Power BI extraction for all entities (VN/Pakistan/MY/ID/TH) on monthly basis for management analysis.• Act as T&E Subject Matter Expert-collaborates with/and supports stakeholders to solve more complex issues for Akzo Policy for internal and external stakeholders.• Support transition and is responsible for successful knowledge transfer within the agreed timeline.• Perform JV/reconciliation for Concur related reclassification.• Project Lead for Continuous Improvement on 8 projects for I2P.• Review, process supplier PO/Non PO with correct coding and accordance for payment team.• Knowledge retention within T&E scope and monitor critical deliverables.• Provide timely assistance and customer-oriented support for incoming queries and issues related to T&E processes and systems as a role of SME.
