Lead the architectural design process internally and guide the communication with Clients for various projects as the senior Architect. Manage an internal design team of three people, reviewing drawings for compliance with standards and making site visits for multiple projects in various phases of design.

Efficiently organize and manage the Architectural design process from Programing to Construction Administration. Examples of Specific experience includes construction administration and project management of the following:- Completed a 39,000 rsf, two floor renovation for the World Economic Forum, including a complex Public Assembly Space for 160 persons within the office space. Project was certified LEED Platinum by the USGBC. - Coordinated the design and installation of new odor booths, and upgraded finishes at the laboratory & workstations in the 10th floor of Givaudan Fragrance Corporation's NYC office space. - Represented ICM Partner's as the owner's representative and interior designer for their new NYC office space of 36,000 rsf - Guided the media company Rocket Fuel from a midtown location to a downtown location of 42,000 rsf. Included design, MEP, secuity, data, AV and furniture coordination - Multi-level penthouse residence in Gramercy Park Area, working with Designer to complete roof-top pool, and obtain TCO and eventually C of O for the property. - New Building & Commercial Retail Space for Mercedes-Benz - 10 story residential multi-use building in Queens, Dealership completed in January 2018. Residential units still under construction. - Commodities Merchandising and Trading Company - Trammo, Designed new office space on a full floor build-out at 1 Rockefeller Center - 19,000 rsf for tenant & created an Industrial-Modern space with fantastic acoustics.- Globally recognized Fragrance Company- Symrise - 9,000 rsf full floor build-out, including a new non-production laboratory in NYC- Fragrance Laboratory modifications for an existing fragrance tenant - Givaudan - 2,000 rsf modification of laboratory, finishes, flooring, lighting and a new 2 hour rated glass laboratory room to house a robot used in the production of fragrances- Information security Company - Mandiant - full floor build-out of a modern office space for tenant

Retail Store Design: Daffy's Time Square, (44th Street), New York City. Role: Job Captain. Completed: Nov. 2011 Gut renovation of an empty space in the basement of the old NY times building that involved turning a dark and damp basement into a bright and vibrant flagship store for the Daffy’s brand. Featured a 3-story deep escalator with LED lit side walls with LCD Video wall for the wow factor upon entering. Design services included store fixture layout & coordination of new finishes to re-brand the store design philosophy.

/Camicissima (Men’s Italian Designer Shirt Store) –1607 Broadway, NY: Reviewed zoning and the NYC building code to prepare plans and details for a self-certified high-end retail space in two weeks, then reviewed shop drawings and oversaw completion and opening of the store in one month/Mercedes-Benz Helms-Bros Automotive Dealership – Bayside, NY: Silver Star Mercedes-Benz Automotive Dealership – Long Island City, NY: Drafted and managed the design process from design development through construction drawings in a 10 month time frame, including gaining approvals from Mercedes-Benz USA corporate. Assisted owner in the bid process by preparing AIA bid documents and choosing a general contractor. Reviewed shop drawings and submittals and managed the construction of the job in weekly meetings until completion of the job//Wyndham Hotel - 93 Bowery, NYC: Job Captain responsibilities at the construction administration phase for an 18 story poured-concrete hotel that included weekly meetings at the job site with all trades, review of all shop drawings, and coordination with the Wyndham Hotel group to meet general standards of the chain hotel, as well as, design of a solar-railing component system at the upper terraces/100 Varick Street Hotel/ Residence/ Commercial Space, NYC: Drafted and prepared a permit set for the DOB, including complete zoning analysis. Attended design meetings, coordinated design with the Structural and MEP engineers, completed zoning plans, and attended meetings with the Board of Standards and Appeals to obtain specific variances to obtain residential approval in a M1-1 district/Vacuum Tube Installation (solar) – 203 Grand St., NYC: Researched and drafted plans for a solar powered hot water heating system in an existing seven story residential building

• Responsible for producing the bid set and construction set for an 8,000 sqft commercial interior fit-out in Midtown Manhattan• Tasks include coordinating plans with the engineers, updating the construction plan & RCP according to design direction from the client, drawing custom millwork & door details, and updating detailed interior elevations.

• Independently designed and drafted schematics for over 35 stores for the J.Crew brand, from coordinating with the client the design drawings to drafting the permit set, bid set and construction set• Researched building codes and determined compliance with ADA and ANSI standards to obtain building permits on schedule• Reviewed shop drawings and specifications from clients’ vendors• Created numerous presentation boards using Photoshop and the 3D drafting programs Sketch-up and ArchiCAD to present to clients for marketing and interviews• Designed and drafted a variety of wood and steel commercial storefronts for both indoor mall spaces and exterior projects• Coordinated and reviewed MEP and structural drawings from consultants as necessary to successfully complete a project• Performed site surveys and verified existing conditions for many projects ranging from a 4000 sqft fit-out of a historic building in Newport, RI to 10,000 sqft multiple level mall in Paramus, NJ
