Full responsibility for the delivery of the national programme of moderation and certification of Arts Award/EQA qualifications (75,000 annual candidates; 3,700 centres) and Arts Award adviser training (45,000 trained advisers). Utilising a customer service focused approach to delivery and continuous improvement of processes and customer experience. Key responsibilities:· Ensure quality delivery of exams, certification and adviser training, offering an outstanding level of service to Trinity customers and addressing any issues that arise· Ensure continuous improvement of the customer experience and underpinning operational processes· Effectively plan and implement quality operational delivery of systems and processes· Lead new product and system development projects, and deliver process improvement initiatives from conception to implementation· Recruit, train and manage a team of Operations Coordinators and seasonal staff· Coordinate and support examiner and trainer panels· Manage and facilitate relationships with key external business partners

Managing the delivery of Arts Award moderations in the UK and Ireland:• Recruit, train and manage a team of Operations Co-ordinators• Effectively plan for quality operational delivery• Ensure quality delivery of all Arts Award moderations, offering an outstanding level of service to Trinity customers and addressing any issues that arise• Ensure continuous improvement of the customer experience and underpinning operational processes• Plan for and implement plans relating to the operational delivery of new Trinity products, systems and other initiatives for Arts Award moderation

Co-ordinate the moderation and certification process of Arts Award Discover and Explore

Plan and lead painting and drawing courses for adults, exploring diverse and experimental techniques and approaches

Organise, plan and lead creative sessions, participatory art projects and debates for diverse audiences and in various settings
