R&D team leader of Wild Apricot at Personify, managing team of 60+ people consisting of developers, product owners, designers, QA, cloud, it and security engineers. Wild Apricot was acquired by Personify Corp in September 2017.

After acquisition by Personify in 2017, I took over CTO responsibilities in addition to my Product Manager role, becoming R&D leader of Wild Apricot product development. In 2006, the company started developing its own product - "Wild Apricot".- I was one of the first developers to architect, implement and deploy on live our first MVP (technology stack: ASP.NET, MS SQL, vanilla JS, HTML) - Later, in addition to development, started to be responsible for release management - In 2008, became responsible for system architecture. Planned and implemented major redesign of the system, version 3, to support increasing client base and further product growth

Full stack developer: Microsoft SQL, ASP.NET, frontend vanilla JS+HTML - Developed proprietary CMS (content management system) which we used for several client projects- Lead developer and project manager for www.columbus.ru (2003) and www.enigma.ru (2004)- Senior developer for Microsoft Channel Builder / Solution Finder (2004-2005). Joined Navision after acquisition of Columbus' Axapta development unit. Was responsible for the localization of Axapta in Ukraine and Belarus. In 2002, Navision was acquired by Microsoft and Axapta became Microsoft Dynamics AX. After the second acquisition, I decided to join Wild Apricot - the business started by an original founder of Columbus IT Partner Russia.

Started as a developer in Concord XAL (ERP system), then one of very first Axapta (now called Microsoft Dynamics AX) developers in Russia. Responsible for Axapta localization and adoptation for Russia requirements and releasing of Axapta RU versions. Columbus' Axapta development unit was acquired by Navision in 2001 and then in 2002 by Microsoft.
