• ERP migration: Implemented migration from legacy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to new ERP software, SAP in Bangladesh (MM-module) as a key project member.
• Improvement: Implemented vendor score card to measure vendor performance and used the score as the basis for business allocation. Improved (OEE) by 7% at one of the key laminated tube vendor’s end and one bottle.
• Localization: Developed local capability for manufacturing of Sunsilk cap and tooth brush which used to be imported previously with a very high duty.
