Adrian, is the founder and managing director of Ez Buy Int Limited and The Urban Farmer Limited. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Studies from the University of Greenwich. Adrian uses his background in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment studies to ensure that his businesses operate in a safe and sustainable manner. As a certified mediator, he is skilled in conflict resolution and believes in finding peaceful solutions to disputes. Adrian's dedication to youth empowerment is evident in his involvement with various youth empowerment centre's having cofounded Ryu Dan Dojo- Youth Empowerment Centre and Crown Trace Youth Empowerment Committee. Adrian is also the Director of Male Athletics for the Jiu Jitsu Federation in Trinidad & Tobago. As a 5th Degree Black Belt and law enforcement officer, Adrian brings a unique blend of skills and experience his work, making a positive impact in his community.Adrian's dedication to volunteerism and community work has not gone unnoticed. In 2020, he was honored by the United States Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs and the International Visitor's Leadership Program as one the 80 Faces of Exchange America. This recognition highlights Adrian's commitment to fostering cross-cultural understanding and promoting positive change through his work. Additionally, his efforts were acknowledged by the Mayor of the Borough of Chaguanas, His Worship Faaiq Mohammed, for his years of service and dedication to the community.Adrian's extensive experience in working with at-risk demonstrates his commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people. His international training in Brazil and the USA has provided him with valuable insights and skills that he applies to his work, further enhancing his ability to support and empower those in need.
