•Coordinate the implementation of effective marketing strategies geared towards optimizing I.E revenue and expanding business opportunities within the Business Unit.ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES•Supervise meter reading activities of ESRs and vetting all reading sheets and folios submitted by the ESR•Performing remote monitoring of meter behaviour using human machine interfaces (HMI)•Performing remote energy usage tracking •Managing daily meter reading data download and upload preparation.•Managing meter reading instrument availability for meter reading activities.•Ensuring timely meter reading data download and upload for bill processing on a daily basis•Investigate and ensuring customers complaints related to meter reading and billing are resolved•Empower/ support ESRs for improving meter reading efficiency.•Supevising and vetting exception reports prepared by ESR•Performing on site activities/supervision/site visit with regards to installed meters.•Supervise the special customer meters re-reading/ regular site visit.•Performing regular on-site visits to customer premises •Tracking collection efficiency and reporting on weekly collection activities and status•Supervise daily cash drive activities•Supervise the Prepaid Meter monitoring activities of the ESRWeekly collation and reporting of all new customers, tariff reclassification and other accounts maintenance information.•Responsible for all prime customers within supervisory areas.•Reading of meters attached to Distribution Transformers•Comply with Quality Management System / Occupational Health & Safety requirements including objectives and applicable regulations relating to assigned jobs.•Assist in Carry out any other duties as requested by the Business manager/commercial manager and Undertaking manager.
