I assisted the procurement manager by helping to source for the rightmaterial or product by sending them an RFQ( Request for quotation) toeach registered vendor to ensure smooth procurement and deliveryprocess.I worked hand in hand with the procurement planner and material plannermaking sure that the KPI (Key performance indicator) e.g. Goodreceipt/invoice receipt was balanced etc.I used excel to analyze the SSJF (Supplier sales justification form) to helpthem cut cost at every level therefore maintaining quality, price andmeeting sustainability targets.I worked with the open PO and blocked invoice which are path of thecompanies KPI to help vendors and requestors balance the checkbook inthe procurement process.I worked on stock report and morning report to know the availability ofmaterials in the warehouse and utilizing Software tools like SAP to trackgoods from factory to warehouse.
