• Coordinate with engineers, electricians, and subcontractors to define the project scope and work breakdown structure (WBS).
• Create detailed schedules, allocating resources efficiently and setting clear priorities.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipent and monitor project cost throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to the budget.
• Identify potential risks (scheduling, safety, financial) and develop mitigation plans.
• Keep the stakeholders updated on the project progress, including potential delays or changes.
