As an intern I:- Successfully assisted in relaunching excel database for business needs- Worked with customers on their orders and quickly resolved any issues that arose- Performed duties on the heavy machinery floor in which precision accuracy was essential- Shadowed the owner throughout the summer to gain insight on how to run a small business- Shadowed human resources and accounting and assisted with tasks as needed

Whispering Hills Garden & Landscape Center is a landscape company in my hometown. For three summer my duties included:- Collaborating with other employees to finish each job more quickly- Organizing strategies to cut down the time on each job- Calculating how much supplies were needed for each job- Taught new employees how to effectively work in our environment - Worked long hours to finish the jobs when the clients wanted them done now

The Cary Grove Track and Field program is not one to laugh at. They have had many years of different teams and runners who have made it to the state meet to break records. My duties and accomplishments included but were not limited to:-Voted by team to be the captain to lead the team to the state meet-Expected to be a leader by my to make sure everyone stayed in line at practice and at meets- Worked with the team to ensure everyone worked as a team and felt comfortable in a team setting environment

The TCYFL, or The Chicagoland Youth Football League, is an outstanding program for young athletes. It helps them develop not only as players but as people as well. My duties included:-Designing drills that were specified to enhance each players ability to their specific position -Watching film on the opponent each week to better our chance at winning -Taught young players to be team leaders and to step up when it's needed most
