Lead a team ensuring internal reporting, external reporting, budgeting and financial modelling for the GroupDetails of my responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Overseeing the activities of the Finance Services team (a team of 7) and ensuring all deliverables and timelines are metDesigning and updating management accounts templates for dynamic reporting to executive management Ensure smooth completion of annual statutory auditsPrepare the annual budget for FMDQ Group and track financial performance of the business unitsEnsure the preparation and filing internal and external/regulatory reports Organising and supervising finance operations, treasury and investments operations and statutory remittances. Liaising with tax consultants and banking relationships Build/Consolidate Group five-year model for valuation Supervise reconciliation of the general ledgers for the groupDesign, review and update Standard Procedures and Process for Finance ServicesStay in touch with the latest developments in IFRS, the fiscal and economic environment and regulations, understand their impact on the group and inform executive managementEnsure that reports and tasks are delivered within the timeline and are at a consistently high quality.

My role focuses on providing financial analysis, modelling and data analytics to provide insight needed for, and also contribute actively to, decision making. I also lead a team that provides administrative, HR, Legal, product development and outsourcing support for the Group. My job functions aim directly to realize to vision of the AXA Mansard to be a dominant e-commerce player in the Nigerian financial services sector
