In my role as IT Infrastructure Team Leader my skills and responsabilities are:- Manager of the IT Team (infrastructure and IT support). - The team is composed by four technicians, three of them as IT support members doing Level 1 and Level 2 tasks for internal and external clients. Some of our external clients were global companies, Zoetis, Infosys, Digital Copiers, JnJ, English Services, NH Hotels. - The IT Infrastructure team is composed by a Infrastructure Analyst and me, designing and implementing improvements all over the company.- Manage all digital work of the company (Google Workspace) - Manage users, groups and licences. - Plan, implement and maintain Compliance Policies, Security Groups and Permissions over the corporate data. - Manage corporate and BYOD devices. (GCPW + enhanced desktop security)- Manage the full inventory of IT assets. - Maintain and improve the company ITSM (GLPI)- Research new tools and best practices for IT and the entire company.- Manage and control Cloud Infrastructure Environment (Google Compute Engine & Azure) - Manage Compute Engine Inventory (VM's) - Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu Server) and Windows Server (2012,2016,2019) administration. - Manage VPC networks and Firewall - Manage access to cloud resources. - Billing management.- Design and plan how IT should work. - Permanently implementing best practices and tools to improve IT work. - Measure the IT efficiency and find potential improvements. - Permissions and access management. - Over Consensus tools (Gitlab, Redmine, GLPI, Bitwarden, Google Workspace, Google GCP)Some of my main achievements in Consensus are: - Implementation of a ITSM solution (Open Source) that is the core of IT support and Infrastructure.- Implementation of a password manager (Open Source) for the company.- Several improvements over the security in corp devices and servers.- Successful implmentation of GCPW + enhanced desktop security.

Technician in charge of providing support on the software marketed by Audaces via remote, telephone and visits. Support is also provided in the mechanics/electronics of plotters manufactured in Brazil.Other tasks performed: Stock control, quality control of the services provided, installation of plotters and software, etc.
