CurrentIn 2011, Eze became a founding partner in Elite Construction Company of NY, where he currentlyserves as Chief Operations Officer and President. In addition to his management responsibilities,Eze’s duties include construction oversight and financial controls of the company. Elite Construction of NY experience includes:- Roosevelt School District: $66.9 million of additions, renovations, site improvements and athleticfield reconstruction to Roosevelt High School. The project required the relocation of the district's existing high school to accomplish this great endeavor.- Hempstead School District: $18.1 million Prospect School Bond Project, which included renovating the existing 45,700 square foot building and constructing a one story classroom addition. The building was closed by the district in 2002.- Roosevelt Public Library: Construction Management services on a $13 million library. Theproject included the renovation of an existing 12,700 square foot building and a 19,600square foot addition. - Malverne School District: Completed $4.1 million of athletic field reconstruction and locker room renovations at the High School and Middle School. In addition, Elite Construction of NY led the installation of a new synthetic turf field, as well as bleachers, field drainage and irrigation systems.- Nassau Community College: ‘On-Call’ Construction Manager - Term Contract
