I start to the import operation from the overseas order phase and the procurement phase. And I follow and coordinate all the operational processes, as loading, shipping and entry to the warehouse.I manage all kinds of operational procedures related to the forwarder and the insurer before loading. I provide follow-up on the preparation of the necessary import documents before and after the loading and I send the documents to the customs consultancy. Then I follow the port process.After receiving the delivery order, I register my declaration (transshipment declaration, warehouse declaration, import declaration) that I prepared according to invoices and documents. After the customs procedures are completed, I make the payments and start shooting. I organize the internal carrier and the delivery of the products to the company.I report the transactions made later.
