I am a holistic health coach and a GMC registered, functional medicine doctor who has a thesis on 'Self-efficacy Levels of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes'. While working as a medical doctor in Turkey, I completed my trainings in Reiki, Bioenergy, EFT and Access Bars. I gave many seminars to my patients and colleagues while working in hospitals and GP surgeries. I became a Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapist through the UKCHH (UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy) and graduated from the IIN (Institute of Integrative Nutrition).I am passionate about the holistic approach to medicine, longevity, nutrition and fitness. I've been helping and supporting clients to achieve their health goals by combining my research, techniques and skills in presentation. I am a regular participant in wellbeing seminars and webinars about immunity, bio-individuality and mechanisms of human metabolism.
