My role in the company was;- Organizing the entire e-commerce operations of the company- Managing inventory on www.denizdukkani.com and international platforms like Amazon and other online marketplaces like Trendyol, n11, Hepsiburada.- Creating, managing, and optimizing listings for all marketplaces;- Coordinating marketing for all online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, content creation (guides, banners, HTML-CSS templates, and email);- Task tracking via Trello- Establishing the brand as a seller in new online marketplaces;- Monitoring competitive listings and product pricing on all marketplaces;- Leading both pre sales and post sales activities. Handling order-related problems.- Reviewing customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed;- Consistently monitoring and understanding competitive pricing landscapes;- Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on marketplace metrics and sales.- Preparing and executing e-mail and social media marketing campaigns.- Managing digital marketing budget.- Creating fully functional and rich content pages by using HTML and CSS on multiple CMS platforms.- Managing all the graphic design works of the company- Leading the E-Commerce Team of 6 people for a year.
