YetGen is a 12-week 21st Century Competencies Awareness Training Program where various training sessions are conducted, including Effective Presentation Techniques, Teamwork, Career Planning, Modeling with Excel, Information / Media / Financial / Law / Disaster / Health Literacy, Social Innovation, and GirişGen (Idea Marathon).

I was involved in the "Teknolojinin Lider 100leri" project, which was presented to 100 female and 25 male participants to write their own stories and create lasting value on the 100th anniversary of the Republic. After a three-stage interview process, I was entitled to receive training from the 'Data Science' program. In addition to the technical and soft skill training we will receive, we will participate in interview simulations and receive mentorship from 70 leading companies in Turkey.

YEA is an academy program that aims to develop the strategic perspectives and leadership skills of talented Young Executive Candidates towards the business world, and is carefully prepared for individuals who change, keep up with change.In this academy, I participated in Human Resources, Digital Transformation and Big Data, Entrepreneurship, E-commerce and Influencer Marketing training. In the evaluation exam held at the end of the semester, I had a great success by being in the top 15 among thousands of students.
