•Participating in day-to-day bookkeeping activities (Cost-roll price, price management, controlling of manufacturing accounting, and General Accounting accounting entries),• Following SOX procedures and policies with the finance manager,• Supporting the inventory valuation and cost accounting process,•Participating in month-end & year-end closing processes and balance sheet reconciliation,• Participating in fulfilling requirements regarding EPR and reporting procedures,• Management & supplementary reporting (USGAAP) of Actual/Mid-Month forecasts & budgets,•Cash-flow forecast and reporting, treasury management.

• Making Bank Reconciliations in Blackline system.• Preparing monthly reports and sharing them with the controllers.• Checking daily GL & Bank data.• Checking the rules in Blackline.• Supporting the month end close process.• Sharing daily unmatched reports with accountants and follow up on missingdata.• Supporting for the audits.• Reporting of manual accounts and disbursement accounts at month-end closeprocess

*Managing daily accounting transactions accurately for accounts receivable, accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices. *Managing overdue receivables by sending or calling customers for collection reminder * Preparing daily sales invoices and update collection set off Cost controlling regarding site services (employee transport, canteeen, cleaning,…) *Manage cash flow and ensure the sufficient fund available to issue payment *Support of month-end closing process *BA-BS declation to tax office monthly basis *Provide administrative support during budget preparation *Participating month-end/year-end closing activities,
