I developed software and designed a system to support Fourier Ptychographic imaging for future applications in studies of the human eye. This resulted in high resolution, high speed, and low cost imaging of fixed tissue samples through automated image acquisition and image reconstruction algorithms.My work was co-funded for the summer of 2017 through the Swanson School of Engineering and the Ocular Biomechanics lab as a summer research fellow.This project was accepted for poster presentation at the annual 2017 Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) conference.
