In this role, I ensure that the agency is implementing high quality services in all program areas. I support the Child Care Resource & Referral mission by assuring compliance, high quality services and ethical business operations. We work with staff, families and providers to support the health and development of infants, toddlers and school-age children. I review, collect and assess data utilized for Illinois Department of Human Services, the Office of Head Start, Preschool for All, Preschool for All Expansion and agency operations. I am responsible for Health and Safety for all facilities. I also manage the IT infrastructure and control inventory.
